This is so good I can’t believe it. Not overly warm and just nice sweetness. for those who aren’t cinnamon centric. I took a pork tenderloin and trimmed it out. Then cut into 4 inch or so wide logs. salt and pepper and seared them off. Then took the Nutmeg honey and added about 2 tbs to the frying pan stirred it around and finished the cooking in a 350 oven for like 15 minutes. THIS WAS awesome. sweet enough but not overly so and everyone loved it. quick and easy. would also make great apple chunks. can’t wait until you have more big bottles.
