White Fish with Scallion Grapeseed Oil

White Fish with Scallion Grapeseed Oil

Simple and flavorful recipe for scallion grapeseed oil with talipa, cod, or halibut
Servings 3

Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets cod, tilapia, or halibut
  • 2 tbsp Scallion Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  • Prepare the Fish: Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • Make the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the scallion grapeseed oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Marinate the Fish: Pour the marinade over the fish fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated. You can use a brush or simply drizzle the marinade over the fish.
  • Bake the Fish: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets, so keep an eye on them to prevent overcooking.
  • Garnish and Serve: Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired, for a pop of color and added flavor.
  • Serve Hot: Serve the scallion grapeseed oil white fish hot with your favorite side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a salad. The delicate flavor of the fish, enhanced by the scallion grapeseed oil marinade, pairs well with a variety of accompaniments.

Visited from Colorado while on vacation, I am a honey lover and my wife is salad, oil lover. This store had so much to pick from and so many flavors we both loved it. They even had a tree you could eat honey out of. And for those who are flying they offer delivery on every item in the store so you dont even have to travel back with your items. Great stop while visiting mystic village

Home of the best, homemade, local honey, honey mustard, vinegar, and oils! The experience alone is worth a stop, let alone the amount of delicious products you will take home!

I dropped by Sticky Situations yesterday to check out their flavored honey selection and was not disappointed! I tried quite a few flavors along with my husband and we decided on the Key Lime honey and the Chipotle honey.... They have bundle deals and also offer other products aside from honey like tea leaves, maple and apple syrup and their sister store (located in the same building) Extra Virgin has pastas, flavored olive oil and flavored vinegars that are also available for sampling prior to purchase. All the associates were very helpful...
