Simple and flavorful recipe for Tuscan-Style Chicken Marinade using Tuscan Spice Olive Oil and Sundried Tomato Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 Cup Tuscan Spice Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Sundried Tomato Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the Tuscan spice olive oil, sundried tomato balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and salt and pepper until well combined.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated evenly. Cover the dish or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally, overnight to let the flavors develop
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove. Remove the chicken from marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Rest and Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skilletand let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the chicken moist. Serve the Tuscan-style chicken with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, salad, or mashed potatoes.
