Grilled Pork Chops with Coffee Bean Honey Butter
Delicious grilled pork chops with Walnut Grapeseed Oil and Coffee Bean Honey Butter
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless), about 1 inch thick
- 2 tbsp Toasted Walnut Grapeseed Oil
- 4 tbsp Coffee Bean Honey Butter
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F)
- Grill the Pork Chops: Brush the grill grates with Toasted Walnut grapeseed oil to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned pork chops on the preheated grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chops, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, or 160°F (71°C) for medium, as measured with a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chop.
- Add the Coffee Bean Honey Butter: During the last few minutes of grilling, top each pork chop with a generous dollop of the coffee bean honey butter. Allow the butter to melt and coat the chops as they finish cooking. Reserve some butter for serving.
- Rest and Serve: Once the pork chops are cooked to your desired doneness, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the chops moist and tender.
- Serve: Serve the grilled pork chops with additional coffee bean honey butter on top, if desired. These chops pair wonderfully with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
