Garlic Honey Mustard Roasted Potatoes
Delicious recipe for roasted potatoes with Garlic Honey Mustard
Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Savory Garlic Honey Mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the baby potatoes thoroughly. If they're larger, halve or quarter them into bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- Make the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the Garlic Olive Oil, Garlic honey mustard, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat the Potatoes: Place the prepared baby potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the honey mustard marinade over the potatoes and toss until they are evenly coated.
